Plant Finder, Saved Plants, Shareable Gardens
Big updates to help you plan smarter, save favorites, and spread the native plant movement ✌️
Hello fellow gardeners! 🌼
I’m so pleased to announce another batch of 🚀 feature releases 🚀 to kick off the weekend! You’ll now find these in Native Garden Planner:
🌱 Standalone Plant Finder – browse the catalog anytime without loading the full planner
❤️ Saved Lists – keep your favorite plants organized in taggable lists
👩🌾 Shareable Garden Links – easily show friends and family what you’ve been growing
These were some of the most-requested features on our community page, and I’m thrilled to bring them to life. Now you can build plant lists, add notes, use them in your designs, and share your gardens more easily. My hope is that this makes it simpler (and more fun!) to propagate the native plant movement far and wide (pun intended 😛).
Happy gardening everybody!

P.S. Native plant fun fact of the day: Culver’s root uses a strategy called dichogamy, which means the male and female parts of the same flower don’t mature at the same time — this decreases the odds that it will pollinate itself and increases the chances that bees will carry the pollen further away. In nature, diversity is key!
